I’ve now been to ProNails, located at the top of Queen Anne Avenue North (not to be confused with the other ProNails location down the hill on Roy Street, where walk-in appointments can be a bit harder to snag) — twice, and both times the customer service has been fantastic. Great service. Clean and quality. Staff are so friendly and they tend to everything. Took my daughter in as she had prom and they us good suggestion. My daughter is picky but ended up loving her nail. Kim made great suggestions and tend after her. Easy street parking. Upper Queen Anne is so nice. Went to get coffee close by too.
